This website is a simple page about the Woolo series. It has no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no advertising trackers. Here is exactly what happens to your data, and who is behind Woolo.

1. What we collect on this website
Server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you load a page, Vercel's servers automatically record technical details needed to deliver it: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, your browser type and the referring page. Vercel keeps these logs for a short period for security and reliability purposes and acts as our processor. We do not use the logs to identify or profile visitors.
Nothing else
- No cookies are set by this site.
- No analytics or advertising scripts run on this site.
- Fonts and images are served from our own hosting, so no third-party font or image service sees your visit.
- There are no forms, comments, sign-ups or accounts.
2. If you email us
The "Say hello" button opens your own email app. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you tell us. We use this only to reply to you. We keep the conversation for up to 12 months after the last message, then delete it, unless we need it longer to deal with a legal matter. We never add contact details to a mailing list without asking.
Legal basis (where GDPR or UK GDPR applies): our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us, and where relevant, taking steps at your request.
3. Links to YouTube and other sites
Our videos live on YouTube. Buttons on this site link out to YouTube; nothing from YouTube is embedded here, so YouTube learns nothing about you until you follow a link. Once you are on YouTube, Google's privacy policy applies. Woolo episodes are marked as "made for kids", which means YouTube disables personalised advertising, comments and notifications on them.
4. Children
Woolo is made for children aged 1 to 4, but this website is written for the grown-ups who look after them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children on this site, and the site is built so that it cannot: there is nothing to type, tap or sign up for. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to our use of it, or to complain to your data protection authority. Because we hold so little, the practical answer is usually "only the emails you sent us". Write to hello@woolosong.com and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Content, characters and trademarks
The Woolo name, logo, characters (Tavi, Nunu, Zola, Kobi, Mochi, Mama Ada and Papa Ro), songs, lyrics and artwork are the property of the operator named below. You are welcome to share links to our videos and this site. Please do not copy, re-upload or sell the characters, songs or artwork without written permission. Names and marks are provisional pending trademark registration.
